You can select one of the standard sizes (XS, S, M, L) or measure the width of your nails in millimeters and choose the "Custom fit" option at checkout. KimSu will produce nails precisely matched to your measurements.

With proper adhesive and normal daily activities, KimSu nailboxes typically last 1–2 weeks. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals to extend wear.

Since each nailbox is 100% handmade to your dimensions, preparation takes 1–2 business days. Shipping via GHTK takes approximately 1–2 days for Northern Vietnam and 3–4 days for Southern Vietnam.

KimSu offers free nationwide shipping on orders over 500,000 VND. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND applies.

Yes. Once your order is handed to the carrier, you'll receive a tracking code via SMS or email. Visit KimSu's Track Order page or the GHTK website to check your delivery status.

To fully protect your rights, KimSu offers a free 1-for-1 exchange or full refund if the product was shipped in the wrong design, wrong size, or has a manufacturing defect (loose adhesive, scratched coating). Note: Please record an unboxing video as proof.
